We assessed the ability of several factors to increase the size of tumor-antigen-specific
CD8+ T cell responses elicited by vaccines incorporating peptides and CpG-containing
oligodeoxynucleotides (CpG). Neither granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor
